Questions & Answers
How long does a project take?
Timeline depends on scope and complexity. A consultation and concept phase typically runs four to six weeks. Custom furniture and full installations can extend further, but we map it out clearly from the start so you know what to expect.
What materials do you use?
We source fine materials built to last—solid woods, quality fabrics, metals that age well. Every piece is chosen for durability and beauty. We’re transparent about what goes into your space and why it matters.
Do you work outside Hermanus?
Yes. While our showroom is in Sandbaai, we take projects across the Overberg and beyond. We’ve worked in Cape Town and other regions. Distance doesn’t stop good design when the vision is clear.
Can you work with my existing architect?
Absolutely. We collaborate well with other professionals. If you have an architect, we integrate seamlessly. If you need both design and architectural input, BBG works alongside us to ensure everything aligns.
What's included in a consultation?
We listen first. You tell us what you want, we assess the space, and we discuss possibilities. From there, we outline next steps and costs. No surprises, no pressure—just honest conversation about what’s possible.
